Alfa AS301AN Op-Amp (LM301 Replacement)
The AS301A is a general purpose operational amplifier. This amplifier offers many features which make its application nearly foolproof: overload protection on the input and output, no latch-up when the common mode range is exceeded, and freedom from oscillations and compensation with a single 30 pF capacitor. It has advantages over internally compensated amplifiers in that the frequency compensation can be tailored to the particular application. For example, in low frequency circuits it can be overcompensated for increased stability margin. Or the compensation can be optimized to give more than a factor of ten improvements in high frequency performance for most applications. In addition, the device provides better accuracy and lower noise in high impedance circuitry. The low input currents also make it particularly well suited for long interval integrators or timers, sample and hold circuits and low frequency waveform generators. Further, replacing circuits where matched transistor pairs buffer the inputs of conventional IC op amps, it can give lower offset voltage and a drift. The AS301A is guaranteed over a temperature range of 0OC to +70OC and maintains performance at -45C and +85C.FeaturesWide input voltage differential rangeCompensation network design flexibilitySupply voltages from ±5V to 18VOffset voltage 2 mV (typ)Input current 250 nA (typ)Offset current 30 nA (typ)Guaranteed drift characteristicsOffsets guaranteed over entire common mode and supply voltage ranges - Slew rate of 10 V/us as a summing amplifier

LM386N-4 Low Power Audio Amplifier 1W 8-Pin DIP
The LM386N-4 is a power amplifier designed for use in low voltage consumer applications. The gain is internally set to 20 to keep external part count low, but the addition of an external resistor and capacitor between pins 1 and 8 will increase the gain to any value from 20 to 200. The inputs are ground referenced while the output automatically biases to one-half the supply voltage. The quiescent power drain is only 24 milliwatts when operating from a 6 volt supply, making the LM386 ideal for battery operation. 8-Pin DIP package. Features Battery operation Minimum external parts Wide supply voltage range: 5V–18V Low quiescent current drain: 4mA Voltage gains from 20 to 200 Ground referenced input Self-centring output quiescent voltage Low distortion: 0.2% (AV = 20, VS = 6V, RL = 8W, PO = 125mW, f = 1kHz) NOPB version Applications AM-FM radio amplifiers Portable tape player amplifiers Intercoms TV sound systems Line drivers Ultrasonic drivers Small servo drivers Power converters

LM13700N Dual Transconductance Amplifiers
The LM13700 series consists of two current controlled transconductance amplifiers, each with differential inputs and a push-pull output. The two amplifiers share common supplies but otherwise operate independently. Linearizing diodes are provided at the inputs to reduce distortion and allow higher input levels. The result is a 10 dB signal-to-noise improvement referenced to 0.5 percent THD. High impedance buffers are provided which are especially designed to complement the dynamic range of the amplifiers. The output buffers of the LM13700 differ from those of the LM13600 in that their input bias currents (and hence their output DC levels) are independent of IABC. This may result in performance superior to that of the LM13600 in audio applications. Features: gm Adjustable over 6 Decades Excellent gm Linearity Excellent Matching between Amplifiers Linearizing Diodes High Impedance Buffers High Output Signal-to-Noise Ratio Applications: Current-Controlled Amplifiers Current-Controlled Impedances Current-Controlled Filters Current-Controlled Oscillators Multiplexers Timers Sample-and-Hold circuits Analogue music synthesisers Downloads National Semiconductor Datasheet
