When will my order be delivered?
Many orders are shipped out same working day but best to allow for a day or two. Some products may have a lead time which will be shown on the product page.
Transit time varies depending on destination and for international sales, customs. UK customers are typically next working day but this can vary depending on the carrier and certain postcodes. Europe is typically 3-7 days, 3-10 days for further afield.
Can I Return my product?
Orders can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving the parcel, providing they are in original resalable condition.
What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?
We work hard to deliver your items without damage but sometimes carriers seem to drive a bus over the package!. We will of course compensate or replace damaged items.
