NPN Matched Transistor Pair Breakout Board (DMMT3904W)

    Description

    A DMMT3904W matched NPN transistor pair ready mounted on a breakout board based on a DIP8 footprint. Supplied complete with a pair of female and a pair of male headers. 

    Typically used for exponential conversion in VCO and VCF circuits to achieve a 1V/octave response.

    Pins 4 & 5 can be used for a tempco and with the male headers, it is breadboard friendly. Use the female headers on your PCB as an IC socket.

    Pin compatible with the SSM2210 & LM394 and our MFOS VCO.
